Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan):

Valid Days for Exchange:
You can exchange any product within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused condition with original packaging and invoice.

Exchange Charges:
If you request an exchange via courier, return shipping charges (Rs. 200) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Proof of Purchase Required:
Please keep your order confirmation email, invoice, or receipt safe — it will be needed for any exchange request.

Exchange Eligibility Criteria:
An item will be eligible for exchange only if:

  • It is unused and unworn

  • All tags are attached

  • Original packaging is intact

  • A valid reason is provided (e.g., wrong size, defective, or incorrect item)

Exchange Processing Time:
Once your request is received and verified, it may take 5-7 working days to complete the exchange process.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Lingerie/undergarments (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Items showing signs of use or damage

International Orders:

Currently, we do not offer exchanges or returns on international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer support immediately — we’ll be happy to assist you.

Important Note:

We highly recommend taking clear photos of your package and invoice before opening your parcel. In case of any issue, this helps us resolve the matter faster.

Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and COD details. After delivery, our exchange policy will apply.

NightyDress.com holds the right to cancel any order due to out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined payments.
